Vietnam, Morocco sign Letter of Intent on education cooperation

On the afternoon of December 15, the Ministry of Education and Training of Vietnam and the Ministry of Higher Education, Scientific Research and Innovation of Morocco held a conference and signed the Letter of intent on cooperation.
